Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love your nel piece — but if something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• With tags attached

• Returned in original packaging (including the pre-printed return label provided in your parcel)

We include a return label in every order to make it as simple as possible — just pop it back in the post, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Once received and checked, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
