Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post for a flat rate of $15.
Your order will usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed at checkout or after your order is placed. If you’re outside Australia and curious before purchasing — just drop us a line at hello@nelkari.com

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your pieces as they make their way to you.

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your nel piece — but if something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
With tags attached
Returned in original packaging

If you’d like to return an item, email hello@nelkari.com and we’ll send you a pre-paid Australia Post return label. Returns are free for your first order! Following this, a flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
